Hi @Thadius yes a portion of Siren's Gold Reefton gold project in NZ has been offloaded/sold to RUA Gold for $20million (RUA is listed on Canadian stock exchange & have a broad vast exploration tenement licence/ownership across both the North & South Island's of NZ). RUA shares trade for around 0.17c Canadian.

Siren Gold SNG will have direct ownership of 30.2% of all RUA shares come November 2024 (as part of this $20M deal) plus receive a further $1M cash payment by November. SNG will also be represented on RUA's board & share in any exploration success across NZ.

SNG will still trade on the asx after November as per normal & retain full ownership of Sam's Creek Gold project in NZ amongst a few others.
