So many retail saw that paid Hartleys report as share price heading directly north. With new shares to issue 15 April there is a fair chance price will touch 1.9 at some point during next week or two. Not guaranteed, but cap raise price often acts as a magnet. A little consolidation and we may then be set to move forward esp with the coffers topped up.
