nothing savy by the board. NCM did not want to proceed and gave it back. It's not like NCM could have given this to someone else.
The only risk for NCM is if AZY hits something big then NCM ends up paying 10x to get back in. But for AZY to test these prospects means diverting funds from other initiatives or burning the cash at faster rate.
