I believe that this is a smart move by the azy board to take advantage of the the fact that they know that ncm will probably need to lean out a bit before any takeover / nem would sell non core assets as bigglesworth pointed out
my personal feeling is this make us much more appealing for a futrue takeover and gives up more chance to expand minyari down the line - i assume that the recent drills have proven an expansive zone and these new land grabs could further build on this
