on its own yes when it comes to NEM.
For many other companies Haverion is once in a lifetime discovery and will be the best mine they will ever operate but NEM are only interested in the real giants of this world 10Moz plus deposits.
Hence why the likes EVN and NSM are salivating in hope NEM/NCM deal goes through as they know they will pick up good assets like Haverion and Telfer that NEM may/will deemed them as too small and too high AISC.
