The other issue with such a large 25% of shareholders with unmarketable parcels is that under a ‘Scheme of Arrangement” takeover you require 75% of votes cast (shares) and 50% of shareholders.
Foreign companies often go with a SoA takeover as they have to to through FIRB and other regulatory requirements.
Many good reasons to clean them up.
