With SB's next milestone being a $1 mil placement of shares and with our market cap at 10 mil they would be delighted to take another 10% of the company. It would make them the largest shareholder and a small step away from a takeover, hence circumventing the potential payout of the whole 1103 deal.
Our only hope to avoid unnecessary dilution is a significant share price rise related to 1102 events and maybe the 1103 IND before SB next milestone kick in.
Have they have completely outplayed ANP? What is MD doing to protect our interests given that long term holders are already under by about 90% on this stock. Will it be another biotech that slips out of Australian investors hands well below fair value as it approaches real revenue?
