@GeeeniusI just asked Mike and Nick about the streaming part and they said $80+ million out of the total (circa $258 million++) should be attainable.
Only thing was it would then raise the cash cost to say 40c/lb as you've presold some of the metals and it would be worth weighing up at the time (dependant on SP) whether there would better value taking less on the streaming upfront and adding an equity component.
All depends where we sit on prices (of shares, underlying metals etc). A balancing act to be evaluated at the time.
The other thing to be cognisant of is, so long as we don't sell the metals to China as more protectionist policies are enacted (both sides of the political spectrum are pushing for this regardless of election outcome) then there are a few options re govt grants as re-industrialisation policies kick in.
Theres a few levers to pull as its such a high grade low cost project.
