If we defeat Resolutions 1 and 2 does that mean that the capital Raising of 700mm shares at 2cps does not occur and will that as a consequence mean that shares on issue falls to 2.8bn? If so, the takeover funds of $185mm should then be distributed to fewer shareholders resulting in approximately 6.6cps for each share held instead of 5cps.
