Nope nothing new, he just believes the takeover price is a premium to what it was.
I actually have no idea whats going on here. Part of me thinks thier just lazy or dont have the experience to get this to mining stage. Then another part of me thinks this is a cunning plan to get others to bid higher prices for the project. Either way they dont want to mine this themselves
