the recent ASX announcement - ANN: Clarification to Statement of Confirmations in Pre-Quotation
corrected the earlier release by Allup that they could carry out exploration activities on tenements that had not yet been granted.

Antwalker (E70/5455) is one such tenement that is yet to be granted.
Despite Allup's correction to the market, it would appear that exploration activities have already been carried out inside E70/5455 prior to grant (Independent Geologists Report - Allup Prospectus).

Further to this, these activities appear to have extended beyond the E70/5455 tenement boundary into what is Dordagup National Park (Independent Geologists Report - Allup Prospectus). Perhaps Allup had permission from DBCA for this work, but it would be unusual.
This sort of behaviour may well attract the attn of the relevant depts and regulators, with potential further delays?
At best this is sloppy behaviour by Allup and not what I would expect from a board that on paper appear to have decades of startup experience!
