Like I said Brett, any positive news is good news but until they back up with money in the bank nothing is going change - even if there are 1.4 billion people in China. At $6 a year per VIN they need to come up with a better plan than selling 2000 a month using a workforce of more than 400. If the bundled product that the VIN is now part of is China Telecom's fifth biggest selling product then I reckon China Telecom is looking pretty dodgy too.
