Vidi, I agree with a lot of what you say, except Tiger is just commissioning its HMS plant with the next phase of development being the DFS for an SX/EW plant like Anvil's. There may be some synergies they can take advantage of, and reduce overall capital and/or operating costs.

Another option is that they may be looking at something with Mawson West as Anvil own around 30% of MWE.

But I found the announcement too vague to draw any conclusion from it.
