re: Ann: Anvil Reaches Agreement with DRC Sta... Gecamines and MCR were always going to give in if they got enough $$. Personally despite having some hope that Gecamines could see this deal was not good for them or the Conglese people, you are right it is a shame.

But just because authorities have agreed that Anvil can be sold doesn't mean it is all over. We really just don't know how many shares MMR hold? If enough shareholders have held back, they just might have to raise their offer? Who knows?
