    When the sun shone did thney ever pay a dividend? No. Did they manage the money they did make well? Apparently not.
    So if they make a new issue, you going to line up to buy these? In this hole? Not me.
    If anyone did want to invest in one of the the darkest holes in Africa, and thats saying something, there are plenty of better prospects than this one. Not listed here though. Sorry to be so negative but I know a fair bit about Africa, and have visited often. I wouldnt go there now.
