That looks like the plan, although delete e) as ANX should continue to assume the risk of bringing WC back into production as it's too marginal for DVP.
Bill sounded pretty relaxed, confident happy with where he' at yesterday. I would guess an announcement with MAC could be imminent, why else would he drop such a strong hint. Closely followed by offtake/funding and Traf is still he word on the street.
