ANX Whim Creek is immaterial (<5%) to DVP anyways. If they get it up and running, great. If not, no worries they carry the cost. If they sell it, DVP get their 20%.
More interesting is the Cu prices they used to calculate the NPV. Can't wait for the SS and WL numbers!
