Not sure if your reply meant a 50% gain so don't panic or dont panic as its only a 3 center at the end of the day anyway?
Either way I would be happy with 50% and there is no panic.
Oh and it is going bid ever so quietly and given lots of HCites like this end of the market I am surprised its not getting a better mention, mind you they usually jump on as experts after the run is well under way, no need to do any research that way just jump on and pump then dump.
