“This transaction continues the process of refocusing ANZ’s Institutional
business on our core banking priorities in Australia, New Zealand and
Asia,”
Hmmm, well, fair enough I guess. At least this means that ANZ will have even more T1 capital... *sighs*.
Surprised they didn't tell us a sale price though... anyone have any idea of it's worth?
