For those holders who are not happy with the retail allocation, complain to the company and to ASIC.
If enough of you do, they will increase the allocation.

We did this with QBE last year when for the second time in two years they were going to water down the retail allocation down to 8 shares each. In the end, we got just over 200 and they paid us interest on the unused application money.

Whilst, you are at it, you may want to complain about the timing of the trading halt. Under ASX rules, the halt should have happened when the directors decided to have a capital raising, not on the day it was actually done. Would have been spewing if I had bought the day before the halt at over $32. The Directors have a duty to maintain an orderly market. The market was trading in the dark between the date of the decision and the day of the halt.
