From the announcement it looks like the business "needs" an injection of Capital to lend/expand so given ANZ have been going down the "simplification" path they feel they will be more successful focussing in fewer areas and doing them better.
Sell this and possibly avoid raising Capital or keep it and put pressure on the Balance Sheet. It's not a huge asset so unlikely to have a major impact in itself. I like the overall strategy but some will be thinking that bigger is better.
