This is very good news, ANZ price to book is at 90% (right?) and they sold this part off for 120% book value, its exactly what todays share holders want to see. Plus less chance of share dilution with more cash available now. Im surprised they got such a strong sale in todays climate, very well done compared to NAB with 3Bn capital raising at $14.15, way under book value.
