Some of the comments on this thread absolutely astound me. The nature of litigation is that you win some and you lose some. This obviously is a company that has been very successful in what it does - funding litigation. Much of its income comes from the litigation mad USA so a couple of losses here does nothing more than provide the opportunity for a top up. Finally, don't be so sure that the ANZ case is a loser - this was always going to go to the High Court and in litigation it is never over until the final ruling is made.
