It will be interesting to see where the settlement of NAB goes from here.
I can't imagine the high court not looking at this case, in all honesty. This is a huge case, and it is a chance for the high court to make new law. Remember, what is legal before the high court, can be deemed illegal after the high court is done.
I'm still very hopefull that we will get granted an appeal.
