In the absence of any emails or letters, just go to the website (https://retailentitlementoffer.anz.com/offer/) and put in your HIN and postcode. It is really, really easy. It will tell you how many shares you're entitled to for the full allocation, give you the BPAY details, and send you an email
confirmation. You could easily have it sorted from start to finish in 10-15 minutes.
