It's bloody frustrating. Why couldn't ANZ just do simple rights offer.
I just participated in CAR recently and it was so straight forward. Get your entitlement, pay the rights issued price and new shares were issued recently. Done deal.
Why are they doing it through this way? Is it to try and help benefit the instos?
I just fail to comprehend the different settlement dates - 21/07 onwards for deferred settlement then there's 29/07 to 08/08 normal settlement?
