I will probably take it up just because I am flush with cash atm. The thing I want is for them to sort their own house out. Their systems and performance and service seems to be the worst, reported, anecdotally, and in my own limited experience with them.

They have had ample opportunity in the sheltered workshop that is the Australian banking system (especially being one of the 4 pillars). ANZ seems to have focused on and wasted a lot of time money and effort OS which has been an unhappy hunting ground for Oz banks. Only time will tell if they pull it together. I bought and hold the worst bank in the hope that it will undergo renewal and the sp will follow.
