Whilst ANZ are generally appalling operators.
Ie their existing tech stack is by far the worst of the big four.
It would be a dreadful idea for them to contemplate buying MYOB from KKR.
As one would be combining:
1. The bank with the worst tech capability in the market
with
2. The Accounting software program that has been bled dry by a PE owner with chronic underinvestment over the past decade.
Even for ANZ this transaction would be a new low.....
