dariek, see my comments above. The SPP price will be either two percent below the VWAP between 2 Sep and 8 Sep OR it will be $30.95, whichever is lower. If ANZ's sp averages less than $30.95 on those dates, then the SPP price will be at least 2% below $30.95. For example, if the VWAP on those days is $29, then SPP participants will pay $28.42 for their shares. (Note: $29 is an example; I have no idea what the actual VWAP will be).
