afr mentions that the acquisition costs were going to be used(if the appeal failed) to buy back some anz shares and support some level of capital return to investors. now that the appeal won, that capital is being allocated back to the suncorp acquisition therefore no capital return to investors.. money out the door, integration costs etc. dunno how i feel about it
