a good question
if you think that the market has today priced in the Acquistion and costs associated, minus any capital return - any time now is good
however, the integration of the business will take a while, and suck up resources to do so. it just isnt an instant thing. so the drag (if mismanaged) is the unknown and also unknown is how long it will take to see benefits from the deal
