    Has anyone taken a look at this?
    Looks like a really bad deal for AOF holders to me. AOF brings 61 % of the net assets to the marriage and ends up with 57 % of the shares on issue. NTA/unit goes down from 2.71 to 2.56 for AOF holders. Not sure how independent our directors are and how they can recommend this but the only benefit I can see is a bigger company with the synergies of scale. Looks like a great deal for DPF holders!
    If one is to consider the subjective stuff ... AOF goes from being a office trust into a diversified fund with 53 % office, 17 % industrial, 30 % second grade retail. Not why I bought into AOF. Directors should have accepted the T/O at >$3 in early 2020!
