Would be nice to read a resident contract to determine if your assumption that AOG is on the hook if prices for a resident's property fall in value .
It could be that the resident has to accept market price for the property they reside in once they decide to leave less around 1/3 of the initial property value (DMF) when they initially signed the contract , so it would suck for the resident but be ok for AOG .
It would be incredulous if AOG via its contracts , had not covered its posterior in case of a downturn in the property market
I suspect most of the pressure on the sp is due to an uncertainty sentiment on the result and quantum of the class action.
