Really doesn't make sense from a preference shareholder position.
First they sabotage a potential loan agreement to force the company to sell Snake River (which I assume they wanted to purchase).
Then it seems they weren't successful in purchasing Snake River and now won't agree on settlement terms.
They are going to be left with something on nothing after all the legal's have been paid.
They really didn't like someone at AOK...very strange.
