I normally avoid any exploration stock close to production due to high risks attached with production costs. However, I have bought NSL purely for following reaons:
1: Stock pile which will last for few months and hence will provide foundation to evaluate early production
2: Location of business is India where labour is exteremly cheap.... even better as Hyderabad is the State... This is the state of newly elected president whose business reforms has changed the dynamics of the Hyderabad and India at large.
3: For some reason existing large holders along with soph investors are still willing to give them cash... the tersm seems reasonable to me.
4: NSLO strike price with long expiry.... I normally buy options when heads represents some value.

There can be a lot more reasons to invest in NSL which long term holders would be aware... However, it represents a good short - medium term opportunity.
