If you haven’t already done this somewhere, can you give a quick outline of your short thesis on this one? Is it stock specific (they levered up and overpaid for the PE assets) or more thematic (hard gas assets going out of fashion LT)? Would like to hear more; this stock interests me as a long but I enjoy hearing the other side of the trade. Cheers
