I share @gjh view on the reasons for weak market sentiment. Apart from possible CR, risk profile has increased IMO.
Despite all the positive commentary, it is interesting to note that none of the top 4 institutional holders (who represent over 30% ownership) have reported any change in their holdings for 6 months:
I have changed my sentiment to hold at current share price levels.
