This is the clause in the agreement that scares me.
establishment of a stable processing capacity that will enable firm supply from Sole.
this plant may be incapable of achieving 68tj a day so Coopers may have to agree to whatever APA determines is their processing capacity.
Why are COE paying any money at all to upgrade APA's gas processing facility. i think we just got screwed over! Technical people have been trying to fix this problem since April and it appears they still don't know how to fix it. the agreement was to provide 68tj of gas a day. who designed this plant. do they not have to accept the responsibility for it's failure. i think we are being far too nice and are being bullied by these people and now COE have decided to scrap the compensation clauses. when is a deal a deal? COE agreed to pay APA so much per gj to process the gas and thAPA agreed to provide 68gj of capacity. this is very unprofessional behaviour from APA.
