Hi Austin - I accept your points about relative financial strength and need for resolution ASAP and avoidance of litigation.
However, the Board and management have utterly failed to manage the situation and communicate the situation to shareholders effectively.
There has to be some form of punishment or removal of generous benefits for these failures.
Blowing a couple of Directors off the Board and cancellation of bonuses is my suggestion for getting some change and to rebuild trust with shareholders.
I bet nothing happens - company directors are mostly an arrogant mob who can't acknowledge their failures and believe passionately that they earn every penny they get.
Lets wait and see!
