thanks Austin totally agree with you. COE is in many ways just a victim here. i don't blame management at all for this. because this project is so vital for the company they have had to make decisions to fast track the stuff up. they have given away concessions and money to achieve this. as i have said, this is very unprofessional behaviour from APA. i think management will bite their tongue but they will remember who they can trust when other projects come up in the future.
