The plant production has improved materially since APAs last write down.
Im not overly convinced on this deal. It's not like COE are experts in gas processing infrastructure so they're taking a decent gamble they can do better than APA. Probably would have been better off leaving it with APA and trying for liquidated damages for under production, assuming they had a proper contact in place, if APA continued to under produce.
