Curious to see the impact this will have on the pro forma financials provided for the acquisition given you would expect there will be less reliance on debt for the acquisition (less interest expenses).
I am genuinely impressed (but not surprised) by the outcome of the SPP. My only disappointment arises from the scaleback given I want more exposure here - hoping it tracks down in the short term to pick up the balance of my allocation at a lower or similar price.
