I think it has more to do with timing. They can't really publish ½ yearly accounts with an asset valued at full value when it is not working properly. ie if they had to sell it what would they get?
They have issued guidance that they are working to resolve the issue and are expecting it to reach nameplate. Each way bet that satisfies the auditor and doesn't scare investors.
