re: Ann: APA: T/O Offer for HDF and sale of ... if the market thought offer was too low, the sp would be above $2 now, so this indicates that most would be happy to accept $2.
now we have to wait for independent report which could take some time. does not look like another offer is likely.
APA sp steady, so market thinks this is a fair deal. seems to make sense and likely to go thru i think.
