re: Ann: APA: T/O Offer for HDF and sale of ... Why sell, at this low an offer we may as well keep the assets and get all the benefit from the step up in revenues about to kick in. Obviously the construction is going okay and APA are taking the opportunity to take over now that it has been derisked, but no revenues are flowing in.
I have always had in my head a target of $2.50 once the upgrade was online. Can't see why we would settle for a 12.6% premium. I think APA were carefully managing the SP at around 1.6 for months.
