As a long term holder this T/O offer is an insult to any right thinking person.Revenue increases from the transmission duplication will begin next year and additional offtake agreements are agreed. If the directors accept this offer they will have rocks in their heads.
Thumbs down from me. $2-50 is what this is worth.
Also,the ACCC must OK the takeover and that is not a foregon conclusion even though APA are divesting 2 pipelines into another entity.
