re: Ann: APA: T/O Offer for HDF and sale of ... Hi gorner, given the timing almost christmas what timing to get an offer and potentily a counter offer to final deal done? my thoughts are after march 2012 at least.
Also the offer for me not so attractive this was one of my Retirment Divi companies with some mod strong Cap growth over the next 5 years and divi growth as well. reasonable holding bought at an average $1.15 so I have been happy with this stock during the last 2 years slowly reinvesting the divi and slowly building the volumes.
What would be the best est offer that we might expect?
