One can 'infer' from the language in that article that there has already been 'approaches' and/or discussion on partnerships and or T/O premiums...
A T/O now would have to offer significant premiums, I wouldn't be voting YES unless it was upwards of ~$1.50, minimum, even then it's only a $300m MC, a big 'step-up' from today, but not unrealistic I'd suggest...
Happy to hold for now, especially after getting into ANO @ $1.29, then selling into the 'flatness' not long after for $1.44...
