God we’re a complacent lot...at least there is some people going crook about the fact they wouldn’t have a CR; BUT, what about the price!
If it wasn’t leaked ( be it by broker or this company’s staff) , then the price could have been higher, and the dilution much lower. I’m thinking 25%!!
