If AQQ wins the court case as should be expected after spending over $1M of shareholders money, then the losers will almost certainly appeal. This will become an extremely drawn out legal process that will cost heaps for both sides. The fired exec say they were fired without notice and without reason and without even being offered salary or leave payments owning. How dare they object!
